Details about this SZGC Registration process.
The South Zone Community Gardens Association will open registration for returning gardeners from March 1 to March 10 2026. Registration forms may be submitted by mail or at an in person registration on March 7th between 9:00 AM and noon at the Immanual Anglican Church located at 142 Massey Road.
All registrations will be completed by mail or in person. Simply print out the registration form, complete it, and return it to us along with payment to the postal address on the form or in person at registration event.
Make cheque out to SOUTH ZONE RECREATION BOARD or SZRB.
The application form for new gardeners will be available on the website on March 1st. Applications will be accepted beginning March 23rd. Applications submitted before March 23rd will not be accepted.
Add $5 to your rental fee if you don’t have a Zone Board or Community Association membership.
This membership fee is collected each year on behalf of the South Zone Recreation Board.

Returning gardeners in “ good standing”* requesting the same plot.
Gardens are inspected throughout the season (May through October).
Notices will be sent to gardeners if the agreed upon Terms and Conditions are not being met. Failing to take full action in the recommended timeline may result in penalties:
